The designer decided to retain the colors of the Lancaster New City logo not only for uniformity and branding sake, but as well as to signify that the homeowners are the very soul and foundation of the community. Lastly, the twisting strokes that make-up the logo sequentially form the acronym 'LEHOA', visually hinted in the alternating colors of green and blue.
